I'm tired today. My baby has been waking more at night lately so I'm really feeling the sleep deprivation. It would be so easy to just fill myself full of caffeine and sugar to pep myself up for the morning.
BUT I am choosing a different way this morning. Yes I had a coffee (because let's face it I'm never giving that up) but I am filling myself with nutrition and moving my body to give myself a natural energy boost. Just 18 mins of low impact interval exercises followed by a green smoothie. baby garments for flower girl
